Plekka provides monthly Google Maps visibility management for local businesses through review workflows, reply drafts, profile optimisation, post ideas, competitor tracking, QR and NFC review tools, reporting, and related support.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for making sure the information you provide is accurate. If you create a workspace for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to submit that business information to Plekka.

Some workspaces may require approval by Plekka before the full dashboard and managed service features become available.

Plekka may provide manual review, AI-assisted drafts, profile recommendations, competitor summaries, monthly reports, and sales or onboarding support. Unless agreed otherwise, Plekka does not publish content, reply to reviews, or make profile changes without approval.

Free audits are provided for guidance only. They may use submitted information, public business data, website content, official Google Places data where available, and AI assistance where configured.

Paid packages are monthly unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Pricing and package details are shown on the pricing page.

TODO: add final payment provider, invoice timing, refund rules, notice period, and cancellation process. Until those details are final, customers should contact hello@plekka.nl for billing questions.

Plekka works to improve profile quality, review operations, and local visibility signals. Search ranking, map placement, customer behaviour, and third-party platform decisions are outside Plekka's control. Plekka does not guarantee a specific ranking, rating, review count, or revenue outcome.

Plekka is an independent service and is not affiliated with Google. References to Google Maps, Google Business Profile, or Google Places describe third-party services that local businesses may use.

You may not use Plekka to submit false business information, request fake reviews, manipulate reviews, harass reviewers, infringe others' rights, or attempt to access data or systems you are not authorised to use.

Review replies, post ideas, reports, scripts, and recommendations may be drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by Plekka. You remain responsible for approving final public-facing content and checking it for accuracy before it is published.
