Plekka operates plekka.nl and provides Google Maps visibility management for local businesses. Contact us at hello@plekka.nl.

Audit requests may include your business name, selected Google place details, address, city, country, website, public profile link, contact name, email, phone number, notes, and generated audit status.

Accounts and onboarding may include your email, profile name, business details, goals, package interest, approval status, dashboard activity, settings, and support messages.

Dashboard data may include manually entered metrics, tasks, competitors, reviews, reply drafts, posts, monthly reports, audit history, and sales callback requests. We do not intentionally store raw Google review text from Google APIs for free audits.

Technical data may include basic logs, device and browser information, security events, cookies, local storage choices, and email delivery events from transactional messages.

We collect data from forms you submit, account and onboarding flows, admin actions, public business information, your submitted website, official Google Places data where configured, email interactions, and service logs.

We use data to provide audits, manage accounts, prepare reports, support onboarding, respond to sales requests, send transactional emails, protect the service, improve product quality, and comply with legal obligations.

Where consent is required, such as non-essential analytics or marketing cookies, we ask before enabling them.

Plekka may use service providers including Supabase for database and authentication, Vercel for hosting and deployment, Resend for email, OpenAI for AI-assisted drafting where configured, and Google Places or Maps Platform services for official public place data where configured.

These providers process data only as needed for the service, subject to their own contractual and security terms.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers, with your business team where relevant, when required by law, or when needed to protect Plekka, customers, or the public.

Some service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, appropriate safeguards should be used. TODO: confirm final provider regions and transfer safeguards.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, account management, legal requirements, billing, security, and service history. TODO: add final retention periods for audit requests, account data, reports, email logs, and sales requests.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data. You can contact hello@plekka.nl to make a request.

If you are in the Netherlands or EU and believe your data has not been handled properly, you may also contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.
